"Everything was perfect: excellent service, a wide variety of food options, and restaurants available to reserve at any time. One of the features I liked most was the cable bike system within the hotel itself, which was quite unique. Another aspect that is essential to me is having pool bars located right by the water, and this hotel meets that expectation perfectly. In addition, the buildings have elevators, making the stay even more comfortable. Overall, the hotel met all my expectations. I hope you also enjoy an equally wonderful experience! ──────── Español Todo estuvo perfecto: excelente amabilidad, un menú de comidas muy variado y restaurantes disponibles para reservar en cualquier momento. Una de las particularidades que más me gustó fue el sistema de bicicletas por cable dentro del mismo hotel, algo bastante original. Otro aspecto que para mí es esencial es que los bares de piscina estén junto al agua, y este hotel cumple perfectamente con ese detalle. Además, los edificios cuentan con ascensores, lo que hace que la estancia sea aún más cómoda. En general, el hotel cumplió con todas mis expectativas. ¡Espero que ustedes también disfruten de una experiencia igual de buena!"

"This was my 4th time here. It's actually 2 resorts in one. Only issue was having something repaired, telling 3 employees and nothing was done. Some of the the staff that handle the Ultimate Club guests tend to be snooty and ignore or not acknowledge the guests that aren't VIPs. Other than that, I will return again. I really Love the place."
