"Room was nice and clean, the location was in the middle of our hiking destinations so it was a good spot for us. I was mostly impressed with the breakfast that was provided by the hotel. It was the best continental breakfast I have ever had at any hotel. Eggs, potatoes, yogurt, waffles, juice, coffees and much more. The gentlemen who cooked the food was very helpful and friendly. He offered us banana's for our hikes and a guide. He was super nice. All the staff at the front desk was also very pleasant upon arrival and checking out. I would definitely stay here again. There was also a pool which we didn't use and a sauna which we did. Everything was just easy"

" Health Hazard Warning We arrived after midnight to find the water shut off, the fridge unplugged, and the entire house reeking of mildew/mold. The lower level was damp, crawling with spiders, and the air was unsafe to breathe. Most windows showed signs of leakage with visible water damage and mold stains. We left a day early for our health, asked for a refund, and were refused. This property is dangerous, should not be listed until professionally remediated, and must be avoided at all costs."
"Our group of 8 golfers returned to Owl’s Nest again this June for our 7th annual golf trip. This property met all of our expectations. Communication was prompt, check in was a breeze and the proximity to the course and amenities was perfect. Looking forward to next year already! "

"This place made us feel like we were at home. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. Cute place with great space for two couples with room to spare. The best part was after a long day out riding and enjoying the events for Bike week, the screened in gazebo allowed for some much needed relaxation. Thank you for the opportunity to stay here it was great."
