Great view of the water with a deck to walk out on. Close to the best restaurants and really good coffee is about a 5 minute quick or 10 minute leisurely walk away. Paid street parking is tight but available. This won’t apply to everyone but there are sturdy wooden stairs in an older building if you need to...
