"The hotel does not look like the pictures online. The carpets are old and have a lot of stains. The beds are comfortable. The food was mostly gone an hour before the breakfast closed so there was little to choose from. The door to the room didn’t close all the way unless you forced it closed. It needs revamped I think. "

"I made reservations several days ahead of time and got a confirmation email and a confirmation number. Once I got to this hotel and went to check in, the staff told me that they had no record of my reservation and that all of their rooms were now booked. I provided them with all of my documentation, as well as proof that the money for the room had already posted to my credit card, but they continued to refuse me service and would not offer a refund. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card, and while I'm optimistic I will get my money back, the whole experience was deeply frustrating. My theory is that since I did not get to the hotel until relatively late in the night, the staff ended up giving my room to another customer. If true, then the hotel was able to charge this room to two people, since they refused to give me my money back."

"It was such a relaxing stay. We came in for one night to celebrate a retirement for my sister and it was sooooo nice just chilling on the top floor looking out at the river!!!!! Looooved it we will be back! "

"Excellent breakfast, check in guy was very nice. Noise was ridiculous from other guests. Kids running down the halls yelling, slamming doors for well over a hour late at night. "
