"The staff for breakfast in the morning took very long to get the check to us and one of the women with us walked back in the kitchen to remind them of the check and the servers were standing in there just on their phones and then were rude about it............. ( the girl with the long brown hair) it was in braids both days was great tho."

"The hotel is in a nice location. It seems really safe. We enjoyed being close enough to go to San Francisco, Santa Cruz, Mount Hermon. It’s pretty central to many destinations. It’s clean and the beds are very comfortable."

"Hotel looked brand new, super clean, and tucked inside what felt like cozy isolation. The only thing was that our room requests took quite a while: a microwave, as well as ice machine service. A while was like 30+ mins. I had to call back to follow up on these things and then they fulfilled the services. Other than that, the place was great. Food is a little pricey but expected because of the location."
