« There weren't very many ameneties there, but we appreciated that the wi-fi and parking were free. There was snacks in the morning, not really a breakfast, but there were items like granola bars, muffins, and fruit leather. The staff was very helpful and kind, and the rooms were very clean and well-kept and the room had a balcony which was a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay. »

« We had kind of a strange room with an ADA elevator in it with some open space that you could see down to the room below. It is hands off in terms of checking in. We were sent the code to our room but no room number and bar staff couldn’t help. We had to just put the code into all the rooms until one opened. »

« What a pleasant surprise. The place is wonderful. We had a full floor and a huge balcony overlooking the local volcanic mountains. We immensely enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately it was only for one night. We will correct this the next time. The swimming pool is remote though, you have to take the car and beware that they have no place where to change. They told you to go to the public restrooms which are disgusting. So change at the hotel. The pool is managed by another facility, not Crooked...
