I’ve been staying there for several weeks because I’m working out of town in Redmond. She has been rude to me in every interaction we’ve had and I’ve heard her be extremely rude to other guests as well. I’ve caught her talking to other staff members about me in very derogatory ways. I’ve complained to the manager who doesn’t seem to care. I’ve also heard the manager be extremely rude so I believe it’s the culture of the work environment and being rude to guest is perfectly acceptable. After this last week of staying there I went to corporate and although they seemed empathetic, I’ve heard nothing. I’ve complained to the manager who doesn’t seem to care. I’ve also heard the manager be extremely rude so I believe it’s the culture of the work environment and being rude to guest is perfectly acceptable. After this last week of staying there I went to corporate and although they seemed empathetic, I’ve heard nothing. I had automotive issues as my vehicle was broken down on the highway so i couldnt make the trip to redmond Oregon. Called the hotel to try to cancel. They said only expedia could cancel reservation. And turns out i could not contact your company thru website. I am so disappointed in your company there are hardly words to express it. So even with a situation not of ones control, yall make impossible to cancel, just to keep my money. Guessing i have dropped close to 20 grand with your company iver the years. I will never use expedia again, and will tell everyone i know how your company treated me.
