Motel 6 Jacksonville, NC
10/10 Excellent
"The room, bathroom, and bed was all nice and comfortable and clean. I did not use the pool or any other function of the facility. Overall was an acceptable place to stay. I would recommend. "
"I love the place. It’s so clean and quiet, they serve a good and hot breakfast. I love the pancake, staff are nice very accommodating and helpful .. what I like most is it’s only a few minutes drive from the base. Were my son station."
"Building was newer, beds and pillows were comfy, room appeared clean and bathroom was immaculate. Didn’t hear anything outside our room, so nice snd quiet. A/C was ice cold. USB outlets worked as expected. No bugs. There was a full size fridge, small stove top, small sink and microwave. Value was exceptional. No gym, pool, or breakfast if you care about that, but we did not care during this stay. Complimentary coffee was good.
The only negative was that we stayed for 6 nights and expected housekeeping at some point, but there was none the entire stay. By the time we were going to request it, there was only one full day left (2 nights), so we didn’t bother. We did gather our towels and turned them in at the front desk for fresh ones, and asked for more TP, but having a fresher bathroom and sheets would have been desired. We’re tidy people, but there was three of us. There was a slightly off-odor in the room the whole stay, but it was not enough of an issue to ask for a different room.
Lastly, this is a pet friendly hotel, so that may be a positive or a negative depending on the person. I took allergy meds the entire stay, so had no issues. "
