The manager and the employees are always nice and help when you have an issue, it may not be a 5 star hotel but to me it's a 5 star all the way, a diamond in the rough. I will keep coming back as long as they are there. For me there is nowhere else that I would rather stay in Jacksonville, I was sold on the place years ago and each stay just gets better because of the people, they are top notch. Once checked in the room it had a bad smell. I had a 3 night stay I ended my stay after the first night. I had to go out and purchase some cleaning products to make the room smell good.
