It had absolutely everything we needed and more … loved the view and fishing .. even our dog Scrappy didn’t want to leave … he loved the fenced in yard and screened porch … I have to add the beds were so comfortable and it was great AC after a long day at the beach ….we will definitely be back "

"This property was very nice and. I liked that it was on the water and didn’t have to load and unload the boat every time we went out. Boat launch was all newly cemented. No issues launching boat with a 2 wheel drive truck. Everything was just as described online. Cold AC. Very nice. Would definitely recommend this property! Family enjoyed the back dock hanging out..Mr. Wright was very responsive and helpful.."

"We throughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The property has beautiful live oaks and plenty of wildlife to watch while sitting on the porch. The house had everything we needed, with a Keurig, washer and dryer being the most important amenities for our family. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept on. It is a very easy and rather short drive from Lake Charles. We had never stayed on the eastern side of the lake but we enjoyed exploring the area and finding new places to go crabbing that weren’t crowded. Angela was very quick to respond with any questions. I will definitely keep this cottage on my list of places to stay in the future. "
