The Spouter Inn is a beautiful bed and breakfast overlooking the ocean. The rooms are quiet and beautifully appointed. The breakfast and daily cookies are superb. It was a pleasure for us to stay in such an idyllic setting, with such a friendly staff and excellent amenities. We highly recommend it!

The view from our room (The Crow's Nest) was spectacular. Our room was immaculately clean, comfortable and well appointed. The fireplace and the skylight were nice touches. Lincolnville was a great location, affording the ability to easily reach sights for some great day trips. Mark and Tracy were gracious, helpful, and informative hosts. Every breakfast was wonderful. We are already planning a return trip.

Beautifully restored old inn! Very nicely appointed. Rooms are very comfortable, climate controlled, and well furnished. Gorgeous bathroom too. Tracy and Mark are both owners and hosts… they both have hospitality in their blood! So pleasant to talk with and ready to go above and beyond to ensure your stay is awesome! Highly recommend!

Wonderful location, which we chose as a base to explore other coastal towns nearby such as Camden and Belfast. The hosts were lovely, and the gourmet 3 course breakfast served daily was simply amazing. The home was charming, and cozy and filled with everything that made the stay delightful. Walking across the street to a lobster dinner on the water was an added bonus. We’d love to return to the Spouter Inn.

Mark and Tracy went way beyond to make sure that we had a nice stay. I traveled during the airline meltdown so ended up arriving very late at night and Mark was there waiting for me. The place is beautiful and super comfortable

Everything was perfect! The 3course breakfast is delicious, fresh afternoon baked goods a treat! Mark and Tracy great hosts, bed very comfortable. A plus we didn’t realize was can walk to a little pizza/sub store and 2 great restaurants. Can easily spend a relaxing day at the beach across street or just sitting in the porch chairs or lawn chairs. And love the small walkable Lincolnville beach area.

If you are looking for a true Maine experience, The Spouter Inn is a great place to start. Perfectly located between several little popular towns, Camden, Rockland, Bar Harbor and short drives to Bangor, Portland and more. The Inn keepers were great hosts and the accommodation were cozy and comfortable , and the Breakfasts were top notch. We will be back. Thank you Mark and Tracy!!!!!

This is an exceptional B&B directly across the street from the beach. There are 3 restaurants within easy walking distance too. Linda and Mark are excellent hosts and the breakfasts were outstanding.

The Spouter Inn was just beautiful! Every part of the property was comfortable and immaculate. Our hosts were so kind and worked hard to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect for us. The property was literally on the beach and close to other towns that we explored.
