"The property and the service are great. However the check in process was terrible as we had to call Expedia and have the payment sent to the hotel. The credit card was as denied even though I had already paid. This was a long complicated process and very frustrating. I expected to check right in with out hassle. To make matters worse I was told the room would only cost 75.00 dollars if I had called the hotel directly. I will not be using Expedia in the future nor recommend it to others. "

"It seemed like the room had not been stayed in for a while so the desk bench and towels had dust but everything else was fine. Bed was comfy and clean, no bed bugs, bathroom was clean, floors and mirrors were clean. Just a little dusty."

"We often stay here in our way through Ohio. Lovely staff, rooms are clean but some bathrooms could use a little TLC. Great breakfast. Overall a fine choice for a stay in the Dayton area. "

"Modern design on the inside and abandoned warehouse on the outside. Pretty cool looking place and was excited to stay here. Our room was on the street side and was quiet overnight but traffic gets busier in the morning. Parking is a short walk down and across the street but to can unload/load at the main entrance. We would stay here again. "
