« I appreciate that I could find a place to stay for under $1000 for 3 things offer Labor Day weekend close to Panama City. Great for a family trip and kids. Kitchen has everything you need. I would just recommend having some olive oil and aluminum foil and zip lock bags for families that are traveling and want to take snacks to the beach. Otherwise, excellent. Thank you for the hospitality. »

« The house was a nice 2 bedroom that had everything we needed. The bedrooms, bathroom, front room all were spacious. We could not go out back as the house apparently had settled so the door would not open. Also, the hot water in the shower kept going cold then hot. We did get a early morning surprise as the mowers showed up and my husband had to move his car to avoid debris from hitting it. But overall I would say this was anice place to stay. The neighborhood was peaceful too. »

There are available beach items like a wagon, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Although this is a pet-friendly property, be aware that Mexico Beach does not allow pets. « This is the third time we have stayed at this unit. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen cabinets have been painted and a new countertop added since we were there 2 years ago. The beds are comfortable and it’s nice to have fans. Having salt and pepper, and a few more blankets in the house would be nice. It would be helpful to have a vacuum cleaner in the house that can be used by the renters. We enjoyed sitting out on the front deck and looking at the water, and taking walks in...

« Very cute home with everything you might need for the beach! Great communication from booking to checkout and the host was readily available for anything we needed. The cleaning company was absolutely incredible, not a speck of sand upon check-in (which seems impossible at a beach home) and they came by after a heavy rain to blow off the patio without even being asked. We had a wonderful stay! »
