"This is a contactless property but ice needs to be requested between 7am and 5pm. I asked for it after 5pm and was told "no". Not a lot of amenities and when we flushed our toilet, water spewed from the tank. Pretty expensive but it is walking distance to many restaurants."

"We had a great time here. Everyone was very nice, the place was clean and the hot tub was perfect after walks and wine tasting! We will be back!"

"The pools and spa were not working and up to the heat as advertised …..but we were still charged the resort fee. The coffee instructions were to use 2 scoops but no scoop was provided. There was not a small table and chair to sit or set things. There was a lack of places to put your clothes and things … this would be a good overnight place not a longer stay due to that. "

"Room was spacious enough for two adults and quiet even though along a major street. The restaurant was very good and the live music was pleasant, not overbearing for environment. "

"Good location with a small hot springs fed pool. The staff was helpful and friendly. No breakfast is provided but the Calistoga Roastery opens early and is excellent - maybe 1/2 mile walk into town. They have a coffee machine in the lobby but for early risers, you can’t access it till 8.AM. Cold filtered water is always available for water bottles."

"Check-in was seamless and the staff was super friendly. The hotel is older, so some things are a bit dated, but the rooms have been updated. My only complaint is the walls are paper thin. We stayed downstairs, but the people next to us came in having an argument. Doors were slammed, you could hear exactly what they were fighting about. That is my only con at this hotel. Great location, walking distance to everything downtown."
