"Clean room and staff was very nice."

"Pillows were small and flat. If they are going to be that flat, you need 3 per person. Towels were small and very rough. Front desk person was not the friendliest. The breakfast this morning was pitiful. I had to wait over 10 minutes for biscuits to go with the gravy. There was sausage to go with it but there was not much there for breakfast. Would not stay there again. "

"The hotel is getting old but the rooms have been updated and are clean and comfortable. Only 1 elevator was working . No hot water, only luke warm, in the afternoon. Good location for the Katy Trail."

"Sheets had brown stains, shower head looked like it had never been cleaned. Toilet would move when you sat on it. Pillows were brown and stained heavily. "

"The hotel theme is a cute idea however, as other guests have mentioned, it needs updated. Rooms are large. Needs to be deep cleaned more frequently. Carpet around the perimeter of the room is dirty. The water gets scalding hot which scared me having a two year old. The beds were ok but the headboard came away from the wall at one point. The in-room whirlpool was nice and smelled like bleach on first use so I felt good about it being clean. The lighting is dark. The dealbreaker for room 166 was an elevator noise or something that kept us up all night making a loud noise every minute or two 24 hours straight! I will likely not return. "
