Wonderful staff, very friendly check in at the front desk. Clean, new hotel. It's in an industrialial area near the airport so there aren't many dining or shopping options. Room was great and included a kitchenette. Thanks

The hotel is very convenient for the airport and a courtesy bus is provide at no extra cost - a genuine bonus! The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast area was a little busy but that's a matter of timing!

One of the cleaners (I did not get her name) was an absolute gem. She was there for Wednesday and Thursday of my stay and unfortunately did not see her again. Excellent customer service.

Congratulations on some good ideas mainly the safety features in the bathroom Safety bars in the bathtub!! Excellent Grounds keeper was shoveling the snow. He was extremely helpful great advantage to your company!

Good airport option with breakfast included. Check in was quick. Room was spacious and clean. We had a kitchen but didn’t use it. Small pantry store off reception with frozen meals you can purchase. Bed was comfy. No noise from outside even though it is next to the highway and across from the airport. No airport shuttle but they cover the cost of a taxi. There are 4 hotels next to each other but only one hotel has a restaurant/lounge so there aren’t many eating options within walking distance. A bit of an adventure getting to the hotel from the airport - not a direct line and through the industrial area that surrounds the hotel. But good once you find it. Lots of free parking.

Using taxi as to shuttle is a great idea, no waiting time. Good breakfast but small dinning room & the lady watching makes you uncomfortable. The vending machine has good items.

Told Double charges are normal here
The check in was terrible. It was so slow and the agent wasn’t friendly until the very end. Then we were double charged and they told us that it is normal to have the 2 room charges plus the $50 deposit charge. There was hair in the room when we got there. Overall we were disappointed the most with the customer service.
