Welcome to our charming studio apartment, situated just off Centre Street in Calgary's vibrant inner city. Enjoy effortless access to downtown and YYC airport via the nearby MAX bus route, making travel a breeze. If you’re driving, parking is hassle-free!  
  
This space has been a favourite among long-term guests attending school or visiting family. We are happy to consider long-term lease options as well.  
  
Come stay with us and experience the comfort and convenience of our cozy studio!  
  
The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for both short and long-term stays. The building is non-smoking and offers a peaceful, quiet atmosphere for your comfort.  
  
You'll have complete access to the apartment and won’t have to share the space with anyone. A shared coin-operated washer and dryer are conveniently located in a laundry room nearby   
  
Check-in is keyless, allowing you to arrive at your convenience, no matter how late it may be. While we’re available to answer any questions, you can enjoy your privacy during your stay.
