The staff were excellent, but they didn't have much for selection from the snack area. They had no bottled water. The sink in the bathroom drained very very very slow. I told the cleaning staff so hopefully the maintenance crew have it fixed before the next customers arrive

The weekend you stayed at the hotel was extremely busy and I am sorry to hear that we ran out of bottled water in the Suite Shop. Excellent stay! Very clean, comfortable beds, and genuinely friendly staff. The free breakfast was excellent too, with different entrées each day (and posted in advance in the lobby). Seemed to be a very dog-friendly hotel too, with a water bowl in the lobby and at least two pups spotted in and around the hotel. We will absolutely stay again.

Had a wonderful stay over Christmas. The kids enjoyed the pool and the water slide a lot. The breakfasts were so delicious with lots of options. Great service from the front desk. Would absolutely stay here again.

We like the accessible room. However it seems more designed for a senior as the bed is too high if you are in a wheel chair. The shower is a low rise tub not a roll in shower. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast both days as it was hot, fresh and plenty of options for your start to the day.

Love the hot tub time, biggest reason i stay here. Breakfast needs work. Quiche on the Saturday not the way i want to start my morning and no bacon Saturday or Sunday was disappointing

Property was convenient to the location to where we were. If not we would have stayed in Calgary. You can tell it was an upgrade location as the bathrooms need a bit more cleaning around the tiles, towels are rough, beds not very comfortable. These new building are slapped together an need better sound proofing as you can hear people stomping around above you, thank goodness it wasn't at all hours.

Great hotel to stay at in Okotoks. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the check in/ check out process was very simple and smooth. The location of this hotel is perfect and easy to find. I did end up leaving a shirt in the hotel, and they still haven’t contacted me if they’ve found it or not which was a bit unfortunate. I also wish the coffee at the breakfast was a bit better. Overall I would stay here again.
