The staff member checking us in was outstanding. She provided a printout we needed. She made us feel very welcome. Very clean and well appointed room. The breakfast was very good, with a good variety of items.

Everything was great. Only issue is it would be nice to have more gluten free options at breakfast, but there were some options.

The staff were excellent, but they didn't have much for selection from the snack area. They had no bottled water. The sink in the bathroom drained very very very slow. I told the cleaning staff so hopefully the maintenance crew have it fixed before the next customers arrive

Excellent stay! Very clean, comfortable beds, and genuinely friendly staff. The free breakfast was excellent too, with different entrées each day (and posted in advance in the lobby). Seemed to be a very dog-friendly hotel too, with a water bowl in the lobby and at least two pups spotted in and around the hotel. We will absolutely stay again.

Had a wonderful stay over Christmas. The kids enjoyed the pool and the water slide a lot. The breakfasts were so delicious with lots of options. Great service from the front desk. Would absolutely stay here again.

We like the accessible room. However it seems more designed for a senior as the bed is too high if you are in a wheel chair. The shower is a low rise tub not a roll in shower. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast both days as it was hot, fresh and plenty of options for your start to the day.

Property was convenient to the location to where we were. If not we would have stayed in Calgary. You can tell it was an upgrade location as the bathrooms need a bit more cleaning around the tiles, towels are rough, beds not very comfortable. These new building are slapped together an need better sound proofing as you can hear people stomping around above you, thank goodness it wasn't at all hours.
