"Needs a renovation. Hallway carpets are stained and filthy. Door sills in bath are nasty. Stained. Bed was nice and clean. Bath/ shower still had a hair or two in it. Jill at desk was AWESOME! Came here for graduation and rm rate is up about 50% for just this weekend! 3 nights were over $1,000 Location of hotel is great."

"This is our 3rd time staying here. The rooms are always very clean and well maintained. It is an older property, but very well kept. Staff are super friendly and helpful."

"Save your time and money. This location is disgusting and smells like death. We noticed a musty funk while walking to our room. Once we opened the door the smell of death was overwhelming. We immediately checked out. Jacqueline-Nicole explained that this is common and she has no idea what house keeping is doing. Jacqueline-Nicole said this happens frequently and she's embarrassed. She explained that she was going to process a return because of our horrible experience. The reimbursement was never processed. A After calling a couple of times its clear the team is also clueless. This location should be closed."
