The pools look great! But, once you get in, it's just hard to find a comfortable position, like, the benches are either too high or too low and angled poorly so that your bottom side floats off. They were designed by someone that made them look good on paper, but, that person probably hasn't ever been in a pool. The pools were clean, uncrowded, and calm. The pool lounges were terribly uncomfortable because the straps are old and stretched and the metal bar runs right across the middle of your back. The food was average at best. I'm pretty sure most everything was frozen or canned. The coffee wasn't even brewed, it was the powder stuff from a machine. Geez, this is Brazil, brew the coffee. The building needs lots of maintenance. There are 440 rooms in this hotel. I was there during the week and I bet only about 25 rooms were rented. I don't know how this place is going to stay in business. Overall, it's a good value. My room rate was pretty low, so, I can't expect a lot. I got what I paid for. Except that it's rated as 4-star. It might be time to re-rate the hotel. I'm overall happy with my stay.

É a quarta vez que me hospedo aqui, nenhuma das outras tenho reclamação, mas desta vez no quarto A811 o aquecimento da agua nao estava funcionando no dia que cheguei, avisei e nao foi arrumado, no segundo dia avisei novamente e me informaram que havia tido problema no gás. Ainda ate o momento sem solucao. A cama nao é queen, e sim duas de solteiro colocadas juntas e mais uma de solteiro separada. O q acontece um vao de altura entre as camas que juntaram, sem falar na qualidade diferente.

AVALIAÇÃO HOTEL

A estrutura do hotel é boa, mas o hotel está sem manutenção, dentro do quarto muita coisa danificadas, faixada do prédio com pintura desgastada, alguns funcionários muito sérios, em empatia. A área das piscinas estava ótima, mas achei que a não limpavam de um dia para o outro. Café da manhã e refeição do bar com muitos itens requentados. No geral tivemos uma estádia boa pelo preço cobrado, porém não volto a fazer negócio.

O complexo tem uma estrutura muito boa. Percebemos que estão trabalhando para atualizaçao da estrutura física em geral. Os quartos são confortáveis, móveis e roupas de cama e banho atuais, limpos, chuveiro bom. Café da manhã bom, petiscos e bebidas servidos na área da piscinas também bons. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Em geral gostamos e pretendemos voltar.

Infelizmente, o resort está muito detonado, lençóis e toalhas encardidos, banheiro com cheiro de esgoto no B904 ai mudaram para o B912 mas o chuveiro saia pouco água, o resort é bom mas está bem abandonado e era a mesma visão de todos que conversamos, quanto ao pessoal da recreação e da recepção tanto na entrada, quanto no café da manhã são maravilhosos, deixo aqui um agradecimento especial a recepcionista Mara e Daniel. Espero voltar e o resort esteja como era antes.

O espaço externo é excelente, mas o hotel está bem decadente. Não houve lmpeza nenhuma vez no quarto, mesno tendo ficado 4 dias. O pessoal do serviço é excelente. Todos muito simpáticos. O quarto é grande e a cama é boa, mas os lençóis estão velhos e furados. O café da manhã é excelente, mas o almoco e o jantar têm preços abusivos. Não recomendamos. Não vá no fim de semana.

Manutenção dos quartos e fachadas necessárias.

Foi ótima a estadia em família! Alguns pontos a melhorar: 1) O telefone do quarto para comunicação com a portaria não funcionou. 2) Os quartos necessita de manutenção como pinturas e verniz nos móveis. 3) Em um dos box do banheiro não havia porta sabonete ou shampoo ( Quebrados).

Não vá para este hotel se estiver com criança

Não é resort, não é SPA, definitivamente não tem parque aquático apenas piscinas. Café da manhã muito fraco. Cobram pela toalha de piscina por dia de uso. Não arrumam o quarto, exceto se pedir pessoalmente na recepção. Fui com criança de 3 anos, foi uma decepção, pois não tem nenhum tobogã,nenhum brinquedo, nada para crianças nas piscinas, apenas o parquinho, beeemm longe das piscinas.
