« The lady who helped up check in was very nice . However , we arrived to our room dropped off our bags without thoroughly checking the room . We arrived back to the room around 11pm. There was a card that was given to us with 20% off for food . We went to the snack-bar and asked if we would use the coupon. The gentleman who assisted us at the front desk was outrageously rude . He shrugged his shoulders and said “I don’t know what you’re talking about”. Then said he’s not taking any money we have...

« It is a beautiful place. We loved the location and the view. The only thing was the floor was dirty and there was thick dust on the baseboards behind the bathroom door. When wearing socks, the were blackened from the floor. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott OceanWatch! We had one of the garden view rooms. We were assigned to a room in the Pine building, which was on the first floor. Despite being on the first floor, we had essentially the same level of privacy that you would expect from a higher floor and had a charming view of many trees and a creek that passed in front of our room.
