"Our stay was lovely, the gentlemen that run the apartments were great. Theaoartment was clean had all necessary items to start you off in the kitchen and an array of different glasses fir what ever you were drinking. The only problem was the two couches were very uncomfortable, unlucky for us they are in the middle of changing them, they are right onto wgat was needing change. "Great to return after 7 years to palm cove tropical apartments and to find they still have the ambience I remembered. Room was comfortable. Loved the closeness the the beach and the restaurants with the pub being 100 m away. Bus stop nearby should a trip to the supermarket or çairns be needed. Management was ready to assist when the tv wouldn't operate and after attempt at remediation got a new tv provided. Pool was great. Yes it does have leaves but it's surrounded by magnificent melaleuca...

"Cocos is lovely. It’s our new favourite in the Cairns beaches area. The apartment is spacious and has a well equipped kitchen and laundry, which is perfect for our family. The location is ideal, as it os close to the shops, restaurants and beach. Overall amazing value and we are very happy. "

"We were three families with kids (children ages 8-17) staying in separate apartments. The pool was nice, and the staff was friendly. However, you would definitely need a car if you're staying here. There's no bar or restaurant, there's not even a vending machine to purchase a drink or a snack. It's NOT a five-minute walk down to the nearest shop, despite what anyone tells you (especially not in the heat with kids). "It’s a nice apartment. Location is excellent, but apartment not very clean. I had a toddler with me, so often you have to bend to get stuff from under bed or couch and I could see dust and moth. Also the second bathroom was clogged and it flooded, we didn’t complain because we didn’t have time to wait for a plumber "

"Located right opposite the esplanade, the apartment whilst an older style has everything you could need. Separate lounge and bedroom, easy access to the pool and a lovely outdoor sitting area. The internet is a little slow during peak times, however that is typical of the area and not property specific. Communication was a breeze with a mobile provided and secure 24x7 checkin."
