Accomodation is nice and clean and as described. There was a minor inconvenience of having to stay at a different apartment for the first day, thankfully we were offered an alternative within the complex. Pools in the compound are nice. There was even an umbrella, which was helpful when you are trying not to overpack for the plane trip. Isabell’s communication was so prompt and helpful anytime I had a question. Beds are personal preference, but we found it very hard and not sure if new or old. Nice bedding. The couch was very comfortable. The supply of products was also really appreciated, such as ample washing powder and dishwasher tablets, loo paper and toiletries. Little nice touches when you font want to purchase too much of a product you only require a small amount of. Air con great and quiet. Pool lovely and gym adequate in case you need to workout inside. It would be a great apartment for a month long stsy for a couple, but not if you dont like two flights of stairs. Its great if you have a car, as it feels very secure in the underground car park. Its fabulous that the whole complex is non-smoking- we loved that- but not everyone sticks to it - so under our verandah.
