### Single-story house with private garden and terrace in Cabourg

As soon as you arrive, you will be seduced by its warm and friendly atmosphere. The house opens onto the kitchen, fully equipped, it is designed to make your meals easy and enjoyable. It includes everything you need to prepare your meals, as well as a table where you can share gourmet moments in a friendly atmosphere.  
Then you access the cozy living room, equipped with a sofa and a television, an ideal space to relax after a busy day. This living room is also the central element of the house, leading to the different night rooms and offering smooth access to all the spaces.  
  
The bedrooms:  
Master bedroom: This first bedroom is equipped with a large Queen size bed, perfect for peaceful nights. A wardrobe allows you to easily store your belongings. A nice little extra: a French window gives direct access to the garden, allowing you to wake up gently with a view of the outside (street side).  
  
Second bedroom: Ideal for children or friends, it includes a bunk bed and a single bed, offering several sleeping options. A spacious chest of drawers allows you to store your personal belongings with ease.  
  
The bathroom: Functional, it is equipped with a shower and a sink, guaranteeing comfort and practicality. The toilets are separate for greater convenience.  
  
A charming exterior to enjoy the open air:  
One of the major assets of this house is undoubtedly its enclosed garden, a true haven of peace. The green space, completely secure, allows children to play in peace while adults can relax in the outdoor lounge of the covered terrace. The latter, equipped with a large table and a barbecue, is the ideal place to organize outdoor meals, whether for lunch in the sun or in the evening by starlight. The garden is completely unoverlooked, guaranteeing you absolute privacy.

Located on a quiet street, the house benefits from a calm environment, conducive to relaxation. Far from the hustle and bustle, but close to amenities, it offers a perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility.
