"Phenomenal experience! The cabin far exceeded our expectations in condition, amenities, and location. We spent five nights and it was the perfect “base camp” for the gravel rides, hikes, and fishing that we did all around the Hayward/Seeley area. "We stayed at this property with another couple and toured the area in our UTVs. We are nature enthusiasts and loved seeing all the deer and turkey in the backyard and the areas around the location. Before arriving, the hostess answered several questions with a lot of detail to ensure we were familiar with the area and had a great time. "Sweet little spot nestled on the edge of the lake - loons, eagles, the lapping of water on the shore, blue sky and pine trees. Everything a couple of city-dwellers needs to decompress and unwind. "We enjoyed our family vacation. We had 8 adults and 5 kids under 4. Hayward was <15 minute drive. The living room, kitchen, and dining room was perfect for our family. I loved that we could all be together in one space easily. The property outside was very nice - loved the Adirondack chairs! The only feedback is all the stairs were very steep for our 80 year old parents and the 1 year old. "

"This place has anything you could need. Cabinet and drawers are labeled so you can easily find what you need. The knives are even sharp. The backyard is beautiful and the view is incredible. "We had originally planned for 8 adults but due to illness ended up with only 6. It is the perfect size for 6. Eight people would have been cramped. The check in process is cumbersome and would be better with a door combination. Questions to host were responded to fairly quickly. Boat dock was in excellent shape and water is crystal clear"

"We had a great stay here over Labor Day weekend. We brought our kids (ages 11-18) and dog up to Cable for the mountain bike races at Mt. Telemark. The house was beautiful and comfortable. "It's small yet it was all we needed to enjoy the long weekend with our family of four. The boys spent most of the days on the water in the kayaks. We sat in our chairs on the lawn and enjoyed the lake activity and a campfire. We over-ate and drank some Wisconsin beer. We should have brought coffee and some cooking oil, but the store was close by and open early. We want to stay for a longer visit someday."
