It is walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and the grocery store. We were even able to buy fire wood on the property to make S’mores. "Rental is within walking distance of Cable downtown area. There is an ATV trail behind the residence which you can walk (not busy with ATV's) to get to the town. Dog's are welcome at this residence. Location is great for access to the CAMBA mountain biking trails. Rental was clean and spacious. Would stay here again."
