« Room 267 that we stayed in was rather dirty. The bathroom was horribly cleaned. There were pubic and butt hairs on the edge of the toilet seat. Long black hairs were stuck to the walls of the shower and the curtain, and there was a used hotel soap that had been opened and left dry on the soap dish after a shower. There were hairs resembling beard stubble on the sink countertop. However, the floor seemed relatively clean, and the beds were well made. The comforter and pillowcases appeared clean...

« Kitchen is run down, counter tops faded, appliances out dated, cabinets laminate is peeling off and door hanging uneven. Bathroom is from the 60's and had mold. Temperature was very hard to stabilize, still have window AC units in all windows, which cause a huge draft in 15 degree weather. This is far from a luxury property and I was switched to this property and had tried to get a credit from what I originally rented and did not hear back from anyone. »

"Las habitaciones realmente con muy mal aspecto: la silla rota, parches de pintura, la cortina de la habitacion rota, habia una filtracion de la bañera hacia la habitacion que mantenia la alfombra literalmente mojada. Duramos 3 noches y jamas entraron a vaciar las papeleras, mucha polvo en las alfombras del piso (me dio asma), en cuanto al desayuno, no hay variedad. La infraestructura desde afuera se ve muy bonito pero al interno es terrible. En cuanto al personal realmente muy agradables, muy respetuosos, considero que deberian revisar todo en cuanto a la parte de condiciones del hotel como tal. Lamentablemente no puedo dar una mejor opinion, hay mucho que mejorar!"

"Nous avons atterri à JFK et étions fatigués. Cette hôtel était parfait pour un première nuit reposante. Peu de bruits, bonne literie. Le personnel du lobby était très sympathique. Déjeuné un peu cher, mais très bon. Mention spéciale pour le granola maison !"
