We arrived at 9pm and the check-in form didn’t recognise my booking number. Luckily live chat was quick and I had an email sent with room details shortly. Overall stay was comfortable and provided amenities like washing detergent and drying rack. Expedia needs to fix the instructions to get the room access for this hotel. It tells you to wait for an email 48 hrs prior to your arrival that email never came. I had to contact Expedia and then was instructed to contact the hotel. Once I contacted the hotel everything went smooth. I was even able to do late check out at 2pm instead of the 11am normal time.
