« Walking in to the hotel was beautiful but it’s so hard to get a parking space , it’s all been redecorated so went up to our room which was room 6 and it’s very dark so we had to put the lights on in the afternoon, lots of clattering and banging going on so went to reception and spoke to them and they said it was the bins getting taken out I just was checking that it wasn’t going to be like that all night , there is a middle door which was being used and it just banged shut , through the night...

« We were disappointed by the experience. We were in a sort of prefab building overlooking the car park. The insulation was very poor, both thermal and acoustic. The bathroom tap didn't fit the basin. The electronic shower system didn't work properly, which led to wasted water. The only positive point of the stay was the staff: very friendly and pleasant. »

Coffee/tea/water... not refilled if you're staying. Laundry took a week to get back when it's stated you give it in the morning and get it back in the evening. Breakfast is alright but expensive for it's quality. 3 pound a day for parking access »

« We have just had the most incredible stay since the minute we arrived on Friday. The staff couldn’t be more helpful or friendly. Jasmine in the Spa is deserving of a special mention. As someone who rarely gets treatments, I was very unsure of myself she immediately put me at ease as well as delivering the most relaxing salt scrub. The pool afford fantastic views of the course and sea, which this weekend were wild with white horses racing to shore. The food in both eateries was exceptional, the...
