« Home is in a great spot to access the southern entrance to Lassen, just make sure the Lassen highway is open when you book. We were surprised to find the highway was still about half closed in the high elevations due to remnant snow still not cleared in mid-June. This meant less access to the park, but most annoyingly a 2 hour(!) drive to get to the North Entrance of the park. « Hat Creek Retreat is the perfect home. Super clean, everything you could need for your stay plus some. Great location between Burney Falls and Lassen Volcanic NP. Owner communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend staying here. We will return! »

« The property is even prettier than what the pictures show, the space is very cozy and comfortable. The little loft in the second floor is amazing. It creates the perfect space to disconnect (even if you are with a larger group lol). The kitchen is big and it has everything you need and more. The whole place is fully equipped. The host is amazing, she called the morning of our trip and gave me all the information I needed and even suggested a couple of places to visit which was great because that...
