"The refrigerator didn't work in our room but they promptly moved us to a different room. The ice machine didn't work for the first 2 days we were there. They had it fixed on our third and last night there. I was charged an extra $50 for "incidentals and was assured that I would get it back after they checked and cleaned my room. I haven't received it yet. Our room was very clean and the staff was nice. Breakfast was waffles, cereal and toast but the waffles were very good and there was never a wait to get your breakfast. It is very convenient to everything you will need, being surrounded by a Dollar General, a Food Giant, McDonald's and Venture River Water Park. They are all within walking distance. We will definitely stay again if I get my $50 back"

"What a wonderful hotel. The staff was extremely helpful. Very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and well kept. It is very easy to find. If you see Fort Massac State park going north you have passed it. Going south go past the park and it will be on the left. The breakfast was I do believe the best we have ever had at any hotel where we have stayed. I highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for all you did. We had a wonderful time. P.S. don't forget to go to the Superman museum and Fort Massac."

"Check in was friendly and easy. There’s only two floors and access is on the outside which was easier to bring luggage in. The breakfast bar wasn’t hot but provided great options to either grab and go or eat in the dining area. Ice and laundry facilities were clean and working. The room was clean and perfect for my stay!"

"Its close to Kentucky Lake, where we fished all day and were very tired. We stayed here before the final leg of our journey. I slept great and was ready to hit the road early. They supplied a hearty breakfast, so we didnt have to stop til our lunchbreak in the afternoon. Definitely will stay here again."
