"This hotel was amazing. beautiful water views the indoor pool was great . The staff was friendly and accommodating but for some reason my room had no towels and it took a long time for them to bring me towels. I was just about to get in the shower and noticed no towels. that is my only complaint . I would definitely come again, oh the bar drinks were amazing."

"This is the second time we stayed here. It’s was hard to beat our first stay on the corner room in the main hotel, this time we were in the conference side. Beds are comfy, valet was friendly and waitress and staff in restaurant were very, very nice. Time time I will request the corner again."

"I had a lovely time at the Windsor Suites. My room was, large comfortable and well appointed. It's very convenient to have a kitchen in the room. The Con Murphys restaurant next store has a varied menu and I visited there twice during my stay. I do wish the restaurant served breakfast everyday. I certainly would have enjoyed their breakfast selections on the days I stayed at the hotel. Overall, I had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend the Windsor Suites to any travelers looking for a delightful centrally located stay in Philadelphia."

"Great stay but only there for one night. I loved that checkout gave 1 additional hour than most hotels. Re parking - it was somewhere between $40 - $60. Instead, I found a separate parking garage, one block away and only $15! RECOMMEND PARKING OUTSIDE of the hotel. Amenities dissappointed - NO COFFEE in the room. I think it was strategic so they could capitalize on the cafe downstairs. Groggily, went to buy coffee. Ended up in a predicament bc being sleepy, Id forgotten my phone, with the room # on it. Foolishly being without my correct room # I started to panic. It was embarrassing and I felt lost & confused. I got extremely lucky by coincidentally crossing paths with a staff member. (Not sure what her title was but it wasnt housekeeping and I sensed it was in some way managerial). This woman absolutely saved me, going above and beyond fo help me! I repeatedly apologized for the trouble id caused and she repeatedly reassured me. Luckily, this staff member went above and beyond to solve my problem. She did everything necessary to find my room, and also kept the vibe light which made me feel less mortified than I did! When she escorted me to my room, I could not thank her enough. Her name is TAUG and she made my day! I wish thered been a way for me to directly communicate with the hotel management because I wanted them to know what an outstanding snd exceptional help she'd been to me!!"
