Welcome to this lovely cottage for 4 people and with private pool on the outskirts of Búger. It offers a rustic style and the homely warmth that you need to enjoy an unforgettable experience. This wonderful finca accommodates a simple but really beautiful garden, where the greenery of the trees and the lawn is the perfect company to enjoy the feeling of peace you are looking for your stay. Nevertheless, the true protagonist is the superb water salt pool -surrounded by 4 sun loungers, a parasol and an outdoor shower-, where you will enjoy the fantastic weather of the island. The pool sizes 9 x 4 metres and it has a water depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.9 metres. After a perfect morning swimming in the pool, the great porch invites to prepare a delicious barbecue and, afterwards, a glass of wine while relaxing in the swinging sofa and admiring the landscape of fields full of fruit trees. The building highlights thanks to the solar panels and the Mallorcan details like the natural stone walls, both outside and inside. When you enter, a great room featuring a fireplace welcomes you, and it combines both the living room and the dining -kitchen area, so you can be all together and don't miss a beat. You can cook on the gas stove while the others set the table, enjoy an appetiser or listen to your favourite CDs. However, the best of all is that you can cook some pop-corns and watch the satellite TV. The laundry room offers an ironing board, an iron and a washing machine. There are two rooms with a closet each, one with a double bed and space for a cot and a high chair, and the other with two twin beds. Finally, the only bathroom of the house has a shower and there are two fans available for the hottest days. The location of the property is perfect since it is placed in the centre of the island and it has easy access to all points. You can head to any direction by car and reach it in a reasonable amount of time, like the paradisaical beaches of Puerto de Alcúdia, Playa de Muro, Can Picafort or Cala Sant Vicenç, with crystalline water and white sand. If you feel like knowing the local habits and people, Búger offers supermarkets, bars, restaurants and more, as well as other nearby towns. Specially, we recommend you visit the lovely villages of Pollensa and Alcúdia. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. La maison en elle même se prête particulièrement aux séjours aux beaux jours car sa terrasse bohème et son espace piscine sont ses principaux points forts. Son point faible est la petite salle de bain et la douche capricieuse mais le reste de la maison est très fonctionnel, nombreux équipements. In der Sa Figuera Blanca haben wir genau das gefunden. Die Finca ist einfach aber sehr sauber. Der große Pool war bei der Hitze herrlich. Das Haus liegt abseits anderer bewohnter Häuser und die Ruhe ist himmlisch. Die Gastgeber Lina und Jose sind sehr herzlich und freundlich. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Mar 12, 2020 #### Sin duda unas vacaciones perfectas Una casa espectacular si buscas tranquilidad y paz. Perfecto para ir con niños. Cuenta con una finca enorme con columpios y juguetes de jardín. La casa es pequeñita pero coqueta y bien equipada. La localización, para nosotros perfecta ya que está en el centro de la isla por lo tanto, llegar a todos los puntos de interes no lleva demasiado tiempo en coche. La piscina es muy grande y está muy bien cuidada. La casa cuenta con una zona de hamacas y un porche realmente útil y precioso. Todavía recuerdo las siestas que me eche con el peque.
