All living space is on the ground floor. This is perfect for those traveling with elderly or mobility issues.  
  
This home is centrally located in the Buffalo/Niagara area. Conveniently located close to the airport, it is a short drive in any direction to the fun! Niagara Falls is a quick drive north. Head west to downtown Buffalo and the Lake Erie and Niagara River waterfront, and the medical campus. South to the Bills Stadium, Ski Country and some great hikes. West to Letchworth state park and the Finger Lakes!
