« Inclement and changeable weather is a fact of life for the winter months, but in my little aerie overlooking the sea I was cozy and content. « We stayed at Wisteria Cottage for 6 days in April 2024 and can only recommend this cottage: it was very clean and all the necessary things for daily use are available. The location in Topsham is great as you can walk to many restaurants and pubs. The cottage is right on the High Street but we didn't find the traffic disturbing. In short, we would come back at any time. »

« Our stay was amazing. Judith , Julian and family were above and beyond. Our Grandsons had a wonderful time on the farm 🚜 we had a tour, bringing the cows in from the field , to watching them being milked, then to feed two new baby calves , and to end it with a tractor 🚜 ride 😀. The accommodation is very clean, and the boys loved living upside down lol 😆. The countryside is beyond words, stunning . I would recommend this 100% we shall definitely go again. Thankyou »

« Sonachon house is now under new owners Leanne and Aaron. They were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with full English, cereals, toast, and yoghurt on offer. They also provide some towels for the beach as well as free loan of bucket and spades.There is a spacious communal lounge which was really nice to relax in over a cup of coffee. Rooms were clean and nice ensuite shower room. Aaron tells me that he is planning to offer fishing trips next year for guests. A most enjoyable...

A central position in the village, a 2 minute walk to the beach, cafés, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. The botanical gardens are well worth a visit as the views are wonderful. The craft fair on the green was a lovely surprise. The little ferry between shaldon and teignmouth was a way to visit the nearby town but walking is also a possible option. A day trip...

« This cottage is one of the best equipped holiday homes we have stayed in. It was a comfortable home from home. The cottage is close to local shops and restaurants, as well the bus stop for the short ride to the harbour and shopping area. « Homestead was clean tidy and comfortable, and was well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Definitely recommend. A very short walk into Lyme Regis with all its independent shops, cafes etc. The Town Mill and Lyme Regis Museum are well worth visiting. One thing to note, the parking at Homestead is tight as is mentioned in the description so take care. »

The bungalow was absolutely perfect for us; well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, dog friendly, enclosed garden with fabulous views and lots of lovely walks nearby. La vue de la chambre comme du restaurant étaient splendides, et le petit déjeuner offrait un choix très varié.
