Mattress was uncomfortable. There was a party and people talking at very high pitch so we could not sleep at all. Dinner was also not good as when we asked for squid they said it’s all over. We asked for waffle which was way too sweet and ice cream was icey and not creamy.

We’re shown a room that had plenty of stairs going to it my wife walks with a stick and can’t do many stairs asked the receptionist if we could change she said the hotel was full but would change it the next day They gave us a lovely room on the second floor right next to the lift with no stairs the receptionist was very helpful could not thank her enough the room was spotless all staff very pleasant and lovely meals

Really love one night stay staff were very lovely helpful very pleasant nothing was to much trouble . Room was lovely and clean it was a very hot night but I had a van and plenty of water if required . I will be visiting again food was brilliant thanks for a lovely stay x

"Had a lovely relaxing stay at the Grand Hotel. Room was big and beds comfortable. Down side was there was a bath with a shower so my disabled husband was unable to climb in. Pool area was lovely and managed to have a swim. Staff very friendly and attentive. Will definitely stay again."
