This is a lovely spacious detached house which has a lot of light! It has a private drive and a good sized garden which is enclosed and not overlooked. There is an outside seating area and trampoline with other various games to use! (Used at own risk). The house comprises of 4 bedrooms.1 has a super king sized bed with walk in wardrobe, toilet and sink. 2 has single bunk beds.3 has a double bed with smart TV/dvd , built in wardrobe and drawers.4 has a double bed with single bunk. It has a smart TV/dvd , built in wardrobe and drawers. There is a bathroom with shower upstairs and a shower with toilet downstairs. The lounge has French windows that open out onto the garden , woodburner and plenty of seating. There is a smart TV and DVD player with a good selection of DVD's to choose from. There is a side room to the lounge which has a piano and stereo in with CDs and games to use. A hallway separates the lounge from the kitchen. The kitchen is large with range cooker, dining table, breakfast bar and sofa . Bi fold doors open on to the garden. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer (which is in garage). There is a Bluetooth speaker in the kitchen. The porch has another sofa in which gets the morning sun. The garage is available to store any equipment........I would like to point out that it's not matching cutlery and colour coordinated bedrooms etc etc..... it's just a fully functional house that's comfortable and fun! Age ranges from 1 to 67\. Location is great, so convenient for beach, shops and amenities. Granddaughter particularly liked the drums and piano (not so sure i did at 8am!). The kitchen was well equipped, and there were dvds and games for indoors and out. The location is great, just on the north side of Bude, but in a quiet side road and a short walk to the beach and the supermarket. A perfect spot as we didn't need to use our car for the entire week. Bude itself is a lovely place, very family and dog friendly, with lots of different walks. Justin was very helpful and quick to respond to a query. We would definitely recommend. ##### Laura L. Bi-fold doors from kitchen/dining area to a decent sized garden for kids to play games & outside seating area. Good sized lounge area too. Kitchen contained plenty of utensils, pots & pans etc and everyday cooking additions, which was handy. A bit of sorting needed to remove any out of date products. Overall as a family we were very happy with our stay. Plenty of space, the kitchen was great, sociable and well equipped. The house is spacious with a lovely garden and table outside. Great facilities for drying wet beach gear. Loads of hot water. It felt like home from home - we used the wii and the kids went out on the long boards. The owner is very relaxed and the house was nice and clean. With a 15 minute walk to both beaches and a ten minute walk to the town, this house is situated in a perfect location. The house had plenty of space for 9 residents. The fully stocked kitchen/dining area that led to the garden was where we spent most of our time. The owner was easy to contact before and during our stay. It is well placed in a quiet neighbourhood with easy walking access to Bude centre and Crooklets Beach. There was plenty of room for 9 of us (6 adults, 3 children) plus a large garden which was great for the children and was a lovely place to sit out at night and watch the stars on the patio/decking. This house had everything that we could have asked for and more, so much space, and amazingly equipped. The enclosed garden was a god send with the 2 4 year olds and 8 year old we had with us. We could relax with a drink and watch them play on the trampoline. We were able to walk to town and the beach, yet it was wonderfully quiet. The owner was so helpful and the tumble dryer was very useful for the rather rainy days! I loved the quirkiness of the house but also appreciated the special touch of Cornish Specialities (pâté/crackers) on our arrival. Everything works well (showers etc) and beds are super comfy.
