Location great. Large room with balcony. Nice little breakfast basket each morning. Carpet needs cleaned. No room service second day. (we did get it first day). We didn’t notice door tag we could have used to ask for this. Overall would stay here again.

3 days we stayed there and AC wasn't working for the 1st and second day. property manager should be upfront with us that AC not working. They only offer me an electrical fan on the second day. Temperature that time was in the thirties. Unable to get a goon night sleep.

We stayed in the Grand Suite #10. The staff are kind. The room is spacious and has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has glass doors so no privacy. We liked the large space and cute breakfast basket. Breakfast is simple but enough to get you started for the day. The carpets are very dirty and stained. There was a piece of chocolate stuck to one spot when we got there. The room needs a thorough cleaning. The drain in one bathroom shower didn’t work well. The water took almost 5 minutes to warm up for a shower. We asked for a fan right after our first night because the AC wasn’t strong enough for the bedroom with huge windows. The fan was covered in dust. Since this room has floor to ceiling windows, it is loud from traffic noise and sirens. We used earplugs to block it.

Our apartment was very modern and very well maintained. Excellent location for walking to major attractions or transportation. We were lost for a few minutes upon arriving as there is no outside signage and the hotel entrance is behind a large gate. The area behind the main gate (prior to the hotel entrance) needs sprucing up as it is dark and not very attractive. Five stars to Virag who checked us in and tended to our special requests with grace and professionalism.

Wonderful hotel. Almost like an apartment, it was very large with kitchenette. Lovely and large picnic breakfast to eat in room each morning. Bottle of wine upon arrival. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. They gave us a fan to use when we said we were a little warm in the room. Hotel is close to metro and old town. Would stay there again.

I cannot speak more highly of this place. An outstanding property in a really convenient location. Close to everything you would need or want to see. Two balconies, fab breakfast delivered to your room and a cheeky bottle of wine too. Perfect for transport links to the airport. If I had one gripe, it would be that the cups in the kitchen had evidently not been checked by the cleaning staff as they had been put away dirty. I think this was an oversight in an otherwise pefect stay.

This was such a great find! The room was just fantastic! It was wow! From the moment we walked in. Seriously we could have stayed indoors the whole trip 😆. The reception was great and super helpful, even on our last day we had such a super early flight and they still put breakfast together for us. The breakfast was lovely, although i do wish there was something like eggs to go with it, (although they don't have the facilities to make hot things) maybe it something they can consider putting in the hamper and the guests can make it themselves, would be a nice touch but lots of supermarket around anyway so easy to get. We couldnt have asked for a better area, the hotel was just perfectly situated, lots to do, lots of food places and easy to get around with transport and simply walking around. Looking forward to staying here again!
