"The jacuzzi was down and that was the whole purpose why we booked this hotel to be able to enjoy a hot jacuzzi after long day hikes. You should also actually have someone at the lobby at all times. They said you could ring a doorbell and call the manager but they never picked up. We thought we locked ourselves out of the room and we needed to get our stuff out and we were worried we had to wait until 8am. Luckily I found an extra key in the car otherwise we would have been screwed. Every hotel you go to there is someone 24/7 there available to help except this one"

"Great location near Yosemite, surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. The property has a lot of amenities, especially for families: outdoor and indoor pools, a game room, BBQ areas, easy parking, and even a river nearby. They also have a nice mini grocery store and gift shop open late, which is very convenient for this location and has pretty much everything you might need. My fam really enjoyed it. Some rooms/buildings are a bit older, but ours was relatively clean, and the facilities were kept in decent shape. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food options for breakfast/dinner were okay, but service could be slow at times since it seemed like one person was handling cooking, cashier, and everything else. A couple of small downsides from guests: some guests were loud early in the morning, and smoking very close the rooms. Overall, a great place to stay if you want convenient access to Yosemite, family-friendly amenities, and a scenic location with amenities. Good value given the location."

"We only stayed one night during our short trip to Yosemite and would have definitely stayed longer if we could. The river view room was perfect, and it was wonderful waking up to the sound of the river. The extra large bathtub with jets was a nice touch. There are some common areas that are being worked on (the outdoor pool and game room), but this wasn’t a problem for our stay. We also enjoyed the on-site pizza shop. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Rooms are very clean, with comfortable beds. Hotel is close to several food options. We had some issues with the TV, but staff helped us resolve the issue. WiFi was spotty, with the connection ranging from good to dropping completely and TV has limited app options."

"We stayed in the superior Multiple bed room for 4 people. It was a nice rustic stay with comfortable beds. We had heat and air and a mini fridge in our room. We also had a personal bathroom in Mona lake B.There was a share kitchen on site that we could use if we wanted. Be prepared for the stairs, but all was fine. Just know there are stairs to get everywhere. The lodge café was amazing to ha ve with water station and ice. We splurged and used the spa. Extra fee, but worth it. We would definitely stay here again"

"Feels like you are stepping back in time. The history that must be housed here! We enjoyed staying here and will stay here again. Ultra modern appliances available in the “family room”. Coffee in the morning was so appreciated and having the fridge for the kids’ to have their snacks was perfect. The owner was sooo welcoming and we felt very much at home."
