"The property is very quaint and in the pedestrianised part of the old town, which is lovely and handy for an evening stroll. Our apartment was on the top floor, which was a little bit of a challenge with a baby and pram/luggage (no lift, so beware when booking). The apartment was clean but a bit "unfinished" looking with some raw edges to the kitchenette counters and a very exposed water tank in the bathroom. "Great service, the staffs are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is at a very good location for all attraction, only 5 minutes walking distance to the old town. The parking is right front of the hotel if you have a car. We had a very good room, good breakfast, so happy to choose this place to stay in Troyes. "
