Nice hotel. The lobby and dining area has a nice design. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is not near Grand Place. The orange juice at breakfast should be freshly squeezed. Thei ibar prices are extortionate. We accidentally opened a bottle of water and had to pay €10

I'm a silver member of Hotels.com . As such, promised a complementary sparking bottle of wine for booking at the Radisson. Did not receive it and reception staff knew nothing about this. Disappointed with Hotels.com - enticing you to book with imaginary gifts.

We had to switch to the Radisson due to a horrendous experience at another property and the two places could not be more different. Celine at Reception allowed us to check in early and settle into our room. The thermostat seemed to be stuck but someone was there in under 2 minutes to fix it and generally it was a wonderful stay.
