"The location was fantastic - it is right on a quiet stretch of the Panama City beach and has many convenient restaurants and stores nearby. The back patio was the best part as it has plenty of seating, a grill, path to the beach, and showers. We sat out there every morning and evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! "

"Really great area. 5-10 minute walk to get to shops, beach, dining in any direction. Size was decent and parking was good. Only issue we had was the WiFi was not good and neither was our phone service which was annoying. The home next door was also in the middle of construction which woulda tasty around 7am loud work "

"The property was okay. The views and beach access was great but this property needs some attention. We had a couple minor issues but the property management were very attentive and helpful which was appreciated. The first floor patio furniture was terrible. The corners of the square metal table were completely rusted through and the chairs had rust stains running down them and the round outdoor table was broken within itself, all should be thrown away. It’s a nice property, but needs some TLC."

"I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience regarding the rental property, which was falsely advertised. The house we received was not at all like the one depicted in the listing. While the house was clean, we were met with an unpleasant odor, likely from recent extermination, which lingered on our belongings after just a five-day stay.One of the most significant drawbacks was the kitchen being located on the third floor.
