"The check in was hard. I didn’t get the email until after I’d been at property for two hours. We found a guy at the pool and he showed us to the lady that checked us in. They did have a company come in to check water leaks for two hours but they did try to stay out of the way. The bed was wet due to a leak but they are aware of it. There were ants that were in the doorways. Overall, not a bad stay"

"I don’t know if this was an Expedia or property problem: I booked my room around 11:00 AM. Expedia confirmed that I was booked with a credit card I provided, which I have used to book other Expedia stays. When I arrived at the property I was told that I did not have a reservation, that my card had been tried twice and declined, and that I had been notified via email. Who checks emails when they are traveling for a booking that has already been confirmed? Luckily the property still had room available. Using the information already in the property’s computer system, the motel used the system to complete the sign-in. My corresponding physical credit card, which was in my hand, was not needed to complete the transaction. Like I said, I do not know at what point the glitch occurred. I suggest a text message should have been sent to notify me that there was a problem/concern with the payment method used with Expedia’s checkout. This notification should have come from either Expedia or the Property or Both. This has never happened to me before."

All the above things seem to be a them for by the sea resorts properties. The room was nice clean and comfortable.convenient location. Pool closed at dark? No reason for that area was well lit could have stayed open until 11-12"
