It's an easy walk to both Rosemary and Alys beaches. Private beach access is a short stroll or quick tram ride. Parking was good. Very clean and the location was wonderful. Beach was an easy walk and/or shuttle ride, and you could walk to tons of restaurants and shops. We did have an issue with the AC not cooling well, and they were very quick to have maintenance and an AC company out to fix the issue. They also brought us a fan to use while it was being worked on. The 2 kitchen table chairs feel like they are going to fall apart when you sit in them. Bathroom has no ventilation. Dehumidifier has to be emptied at least once a day. HVAC mini split is either too small or not working properly. Couldn’t keep the place cool in Oct. when it wasn’t very hot outside and the vent on it needs a good cleaning. Might make it work better. Only thing is there is a leak in the roof when it rains — . The air conditioner wasn’t an issue for us, we brought a box fan and they have a small fan in the closet. The location is very central and convenient and the size was perfect for just the two of us. Comfortable bedding and the condo was equipped with exactly what you need for a beach get-away. The only thing we would recommend is for the owner/manager to provide a standing fan since there is only one a/c unit and no ceiling fans in the condo. At night it did get warm and made it a little difficult to sleep comfortably due to lack of air circulation and the a/c unit having difficulty cooling down the condo adequately after the sun was coming through all day (even with shades down during the day to try and prevent). Well decorated, clean, great location. The mini-split A/C unit struggled a little to keep the place cool in the heat of the June days but maybe it just needed service?
