The room was nice and clean enough, but it smelled a bit musty. Pillows were extremely lumpy and you could tell they were very old. Because of COVID, they don’t do daily cleans/restocks which makes sense. However, good luck trying to call down to the front desk to get extra towels, cups or whatever else you need. Called multiple times each day with no answer from the hotel phone. Had to use my personal phone long distance to call to the front desk and even then, it took over an hour to get towels. I had to call twice to follow up. When we asked for more coffee, they only sent up decaf. The coffee maker was a very old sunbeam one. I was also billed an extra $122 for parking and we didn’t use parking so now I’ll have to contact the hotel to get that reversed. For a Westin, I was surprised at how run down it was and the lack of service we experienced. I would recommend paying a bit more to stay somewhere more central and nicer.
