"Room was extremely clean. Staff was extremely helpful. The whole ambience of the place makes it feel very cozy and welcoming. The pool area gives you vacation vibe for a small town. The only area that I would suggest improvement would be their fitness center: it could be use an updated."

"Our family enjoyed our one night stay at The Mountain Inn, including our 7 year old kid and our dog. It was nice to find a hotel that was very welcoming to dogs and only charged $35 per night for him, staff were friendly, and we loved swimming outside in the 95 degree heated pool while the temp outside was near freezing, it was amazing. The room was clean and recently renovated, and the grounds and restaurant were on par with what we expected. The restaurant had live music Saturday night and the old fashioned I had with their house made bourbon from their distillery was delicious, while the burger, salad, and Bavarian pretzels were pretty good, and the cheese pizza was not so good but the kid liked it. We enjoyed the view of the nearby mountains, foliage, and short drive over to Thundering Brook Falls. The continental breakfast was included and could have been better, and had we stayed a few more days we would have explored more of the food and shops in the area, as it seems like there were a few. We could probably suggest some upgrades to the game room but we had fun in there regardless. Overall, we liked our stay at The Mountain Inn and found that it met our expectations for the value, and the welcoming staff, heated pool, and accommodations could have my family going back in the future."

"We love this hotel and the views were Amazing.. We stay at Adam’s building and we love to spend relaxing time in the outside jacuzzis , The hotel has a nice indoor restaurant where you can order breakfast. The staff were kind and helpful. We got a suite with one room and we had everything we need to be comfortable with our two kids."
