"The Fairfield Inn & Suites in Brooklyn Center was a nice, well maintained hotel right next to the Earl Brown Heritage Center…a duck pond sits between the hotel & the conference center. It was so quiet we wondered if anyone else was staying there. But at breakfast, it seemed everyone was there! And breakfast was decent…lots of different offerings! (Waffles, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, 2 types of sausages, oatmeal/cereal, apples/oranges etc. Staff (good and front desk) were hard working...
