"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room employee is outstanding as far as keeping the different foods replenished and the cleanliness was excellent. She was also very friendly and courteous. The housekeeping was a grade B. They were fast and efficient but forgot to cover a couple of items. Overall I would give the hotel an A-. "

For the mobility impaired, there are a lot of steps, but for most that is simple enough to ask for a room without steps going to the bathroom, etc. "
