"If I owned a holiday property then I would shamelessly model it on Border Cottage. It is beautifully curated, comfortable, atmospheric, in a great location, really well equipped, and the property manager (Kevin) was extremely helpful (thanks for the voucher for the 3 Horseshoes!). "Little gem excellent staff great room very clean excellent food we were looking for a 1 night stay for a Norwich take that gig most other Hotels were fully book up but we found this little gem just off Newmarket Rd on arrival was a warm welcome we were given a outside cottage room 204 when we opened the door we both said very nice sleep was good and the breakfast was top draw as well perfect thanks we will come back "

"Superb clean accommodation with high quality extras on offer. Bedroom comfortable and dinner and breakfast facilities were outstanding. The only small fault is that there is no clear signage to tell you that you have indeed arrived at the hotel and where exactly the front entrance is - other than that a great place to stay"
